* This trade visitor admission ticket is valid for a single admission to the business and entertainment area.
** This trade visitor admission ticket is valid for single use as a day ticket, and only for the entertainment area.
*** This trade visitor admission ticket is valid for use as a full event ticket from 21 – 25 August 2013 for the business and entertainment area.
**** The gamescom card contains two days' admission for trade visitors, catalogue, cloakroom service, parking, and public transport to and from the event throughout the extended VRS and VRR network areas.
Important information for trade visitors
With the trade visitors’ admission ticket, you can visit the business and entertainment area throughout the entire trade fair! The exclusive trade visitor and media day will be held Wednesday, 21 August 2013. The business area is open Wednesday through Friday!
Maintaining the trade visitor character in the business area and on the exclusive trade visitor and media day at gamescom is very important to the exhibitors and to Koelnmesse GmbH. Trade visitors must provide proof of their industry affiliation when purchasing admission tickets at the Ticket Shop or on location in Cologne, e.g. by showing their dealer ID, trading licence, etc. If you already have a voucher for a trade visitor admission ticket, this can also be used as proof of trade visitor status.
Admission ticket serves as public transport ticket
Additional advantages
For the duration of the respective trade fair, all admission tickets and trade fair passes that display the symbol of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg (
VRS) and Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Ruhr (
VRR) are valid for free travel on busses, S-Bahns (commuter trains), underground trains, and regional trains within the extended VRS network. They are only valid for travel to and from the Koelnmesse exhibition centre (only in conjunction with your personal ID). Not included are Deutsche Bahn trains that are subject to a supplementary charge as for instance IC/EC or ICE.
